HIIIIII! I am Jennifer and this is my getting started becoming healthy in life; as well as, weight wise. Not easy for some yes I know trust me I know. I get started then get side tracked then I lose interest. And folks that it how I became 5'2" and 216lbs. Well a new year is here and it is time to whip my butt back into shape.
I have cut myself down to one can or glass of Pepsi (only because when I tried to quit completely I had headaches that felt like migraines) so it is one can a day then I will slowly go to one can every 2 days so on and so on.
I have cut out 90% of all snacks be it sugary or salty. So I have started to eat healthier.
Now I just gotta start with the exercising then I will be good to go. So I plan on doing 10 push ups and 10 sit ups as well as walking every day or up and down my stairs depending on the weather.
I think that is a good start.
